We are officially a registered COVID-safe business and will continue to operate in accordance with the current NSW Government guidelines to keep our little sanctuary a healthy and safe retreat.
What you can continue to expect from us:
All staff members and clients will have their temperature checked before being welcomed into the salon.
Limit of 10 people within the salon at any one time.
Extra time is allocated between every appointment to limit client crossover and to allow time to for a deep clean of each treatment room.
All staff will be wearing masks during treatments where distancing is not possible.
Continuing our high standard of cleaning and hygiene practices.
Adhering to strict social distancing in common areas.
Hand sanitiser is available upon entrance, in treatment rooms and at reception and all clients are encouraged to use throughout their visit.
Each clients name and mobile number is registered and record kept of attendance.
Beverages are served in disposable cups.
If you do use the bathroom facilities, we ask to please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and use and dispose of the disposable napkins supplied.
No magazines available, clients are encouraged to bring their own reading material to appointments.
Testers are unavailable in reception areas, if you would like to try any of our products, our therapists are more than happy to give you a sample to try.
All clients are made aware prior to their appointment that they are to reschedule if they are in anyway unwell. If you are visibly unwell upon arrival our therapists have the right to ask you to reschedule your appointment, to keep our salon, staff and clients safe and well.
